As the end of the year quickly approaches, we have been hard at work planning for our much-anticipated Barrie development - Harmony Village.  On the Lake Simcoe waterfront, and flanked by one of Ontario’s most fast-forward cities, this new waterfront village will be both modern and vibrant; a living and meeting space for residents and members of the community.

An important part of our process in creating this iconic destination revolves around public input and community involvement every step of the way.  We truly look to the residents of Barrie in helping us determine which lifestyle features and design elements should be part of our new development.  We recently engaged our original founders group through an online survey and had an overwhelming response, thank you to all who participated. Now, over the next couple of weeks we are hosting focus groups to help determine what people envision in Harmony Village’s vibrant future.  We want to create a space that is not only exciting, but a place that residents can call home, which is why we believe the community’s feedback is so crucial.  If you didn’t take the online survey and want to – please do so through this link -

Jack Pong, CEO of City Core Developments, who is spearheading the Harmony Village development, has brought together a talented and knowledgeable team of experts to help execute the vision of a modern, dynamic and vibrant urban waterfront village.  This group includes a range of experts across disciples and fields – leaders in architecture and design, urban planning and research, marketing and communications all with deep expertise to help bring the Harmony Village concept to life.

With the collaboration of voices from the community, along with the expertise and talent of the large design, planning and research team, we are confident as we move further down the road to create and bring to the people of Barrie and its greater surrounding community – Harmony Village Lake Simcoe.  Stay tuned and if you want to get involved, please register here: harmonyvillage.ca
