For our team, the first step in bringing The Art of Living Well to Barrie, is the launch of the Harmony Village Lake Simcoe Founders Club. The Founders Club brings together community members who share a love of Barrie's waterfront, living an active adult lifestyle and a commitment to the future vitality of their community. By attending neighbourhood events with our development team, participating in online surveys and most recently by contributing at our first-ever community focus groups, Founders Club members are providing invaluable input into the design, shops, amenities and programming offered at Harmony Village Lake Simcoe and have the added benefit of meeting their future neighbours!
By sharing their stories and their time with us, the personality of our Founders Club members is helping to shape the personality of Harmony Village Lake Simcoe. For instance, we know our Founders Club members are:
· Active - Looking for places that will help foster an active and healthy lifestyle
· Practical - Looking for space and smart design as they downsize from their family home into condo style living
· Engaged – Interested in joining clubs and groups to expand their network
· Inspired - Young at heart and want to socialize with like-minded people while living along the Lake Simcoe waterfront
