Life is busy and even in the summer months, it can be hard to catch ‘you’ time. Harmony Village is committed to the Art of Living Well and this includes taking time to take personal time and enjoy a little R&R.
  1. Relax in the tub: Soaking in the tub is one of the best ways to relax both your mind and body. Add a few drops of essential oils, light a candle, turn on some soothing music and enjoy.
  2. Pamper yourself: Plan an at-home spa day. Try one these DIY face masks to rejuvenate. A little pampering goes along way.
  3. Get outside: Whether you take a stroll in the park, go for a light jog or take the dog out for a walk, nothing relieves stress like a bit of fresh air.
  4. Plan a date with friends: Call your close friends and plan a night out. Whether it’s dinner on the patio or sitting in your backyard with your favourite bottle of wine spend time catching up!
  5. A night in: As they say, there’s no place like home. Take a night off and spend it curled up with your loved ones watching TV or turning on your favourite movie.
