If you’re a foodie, Toronto’s Summerlicious festival is for you! From July 4 to 20, indulge in a variety of diverse and innovative cuisine at choosing from the city’s top restaurants, which have created special fixed menus for the event. We went through the list and picked our top three choices:

Bent

Named after his wife, Brenda Bent, Susur Lee’s restaurant “Bent” is a must. With Susur owning the kitchen and Brenda behind the unique design of the restaurant, guests can expect a light and fresh decor married with Asian flavoured foods prepared with European techniques. We are most excited to try the Cajun Shrimp & Vegetable Fritter as our appetizer and the Asian Marinated Striploin Steak as our main dish. Regardless of what you choose, Bent will satisfy your taste buds!

Bymark

Owned by celebrity chef Mark McEwan, Bymark reflects the dynamic and busy energy of the financial district in Toronto. If you’re a lover of contemporary food and great wine, critics have shared that the B.C. Albcore Tuna Tartare and Pan Seared Halibut are the top picks on Bymark’s Summerlicious menu.

Copa Cabana

If you’re craving authentic Brazilian Rodizio (all-you-can-eat), Copa Cabana is definitely the place to go! With a vast selection of perfectly seasoned and grilled meats, along with fresh salad, breads and side-dish creations, every bite will satisfy your appetite.
