Harmony Village Sheppard has been making waves in the news recently with two articles appearing in the Toronto Star this week  leading up to Saturday's Grand Opening Event!

In the Life/Homes section,  President & CEO Jack Pong described how the development will  feature the latest in cogeneration and geothermal technologies that will keep residents safe and comfortable all year long, even during city-wide blackouts.

Further, in the New in Homes section, Jawad Rathore, President of Fortress Real Developments  and Harmony Village development partner, talked about the growing trend among the 50+ demographic stating that, "nearly 20% of condo buyers are seniors. They’re top buyers as well, because houses are too big for them, it’s not efficient. A lot of their resources are tied up, a large part of their net worth is their home. The ability to downsize allows them to access a ton of equity.”

Stay tuned for more exciting news coming up for Harmony Village and join us at the Grand Opening Event on Saturday, March 22 from 11 am to 6 pm.
