Some could say that sales is in Ralph Fox’s blood. At the age of 13 he started selling golf balls and his passion for sales and working with people kept evolving. For the past seven years, he’s been working with Sotheby’s International Realty and is getting ready bring the first Harmony Village, at Sheppard and Warden, to the market.

Ralph sat down with our friends at Buzz Buzz Home to discuss Harmony Village Sheppard, growing trends in the residential market and his own favourite spots around town.

Ralph says, “Harmony Village appeals to the Boomer generation who wants to downsize their home and upgrade their lifestyle. In Ontario, there are two million people over the age of sixty-five. By 2036, this is going to double to four million. Right now you’re looking at a huge demographic bump of baby boomers that will demand better residential options by 2021. It’s not that far off.”
