Here are some of our favourite fitness and nutrition apps that are sure to keep you motivated!

iFitness

One of the most popular fitness apps, iFitness offers more than 230 exercises and many come with accompanying instructional videos. The app also has workout logs that can be emailed for personal filing. This app acts like a virtual personal trainer, with routines from fitness experts. It is sure to keep you inspired by providing alternatives to your existing workout.

The iTreadmill app works as a step counter. When working out, simply place your smartphone in your pocket so it can track your movements. The app even comes with a ticker setting that helps you maintain a desired pace by ticking off beats. It can also help you track your progress as you bring your workouts indoors for the winter season.



Women’s Health Workouts

The Women’s Health Workouts app helps users maintain their workouts with professionally designed routines that can be done anywhere, even in the comfort of your own home. The app includes 130 exercises with 16 planned workouts, as well as a stopwatch and training logs.
