Rob Spanier, Partner and Principal of Live Work Learn Play Inc, a real estate consultancy firm and key Harmony Village partner, spoke to Metro News about placemaking and its role in urban cities.
Placemaking, a term coined by city planners and architects in the 1960s describes the process of creating lively public spaces and neighbourhoods that include streets, parks and waterfronts designed for people and not cars. This principal is at the core of the Harmony Village developments.
